Institute Coordinator & Marketing Manager

Salary: £25,000 pro rata

Status: Part time: 30 hours per week.

A crucial role in the operational activity of a busy training institute. The successful candidate will oversee the daily administrative activities as well as promoting and developing the institute’s training programs and courses.


This role is crucial in ensuring EGI maintains high standards of professionalism and continues to deliver high quality training and associated services. There are two key aspects to this work:

  • The first element of this post is to be operationally responsible for managing and working to continually improve the daily activities and duties at EGI. This includes handling security, operational and financial matters while overseeing the booking of resources.
  • The second key element requires the post holder to promote and develop opportunities through actively marketing ongoing and newly developed training programs. This includes generating interest and managing enquiries about training and ensuring courses are financially viable.
